GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM is an online learning and information sharing service. By completing the registration process, and by accessing the programs and services, you are indicating that you are 18 years or older, and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement. You may print a copy of this Agreement for your records. If and when the terms are modified, GLOBALINX CORP. will notify you either via email or through this web site. The modifications will also appear in this document. By becoming a member of GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions and any subsequent modifications.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Privacy of Information. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs any information provided and visits to GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information you provide us during the registration process.

2. Fees and Payments. The GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM is a free service for GLOBALINX CORP.'s clients and students. If you would like to license or use these programs as part of your corporate training curriculum or training service please contact us by email at: info@globalinx-itc.com.

3. Modifications. GLOBALINX CORP. may make changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the content of the programs and services. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement and its policies. Your continued use of the GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM after any such changes constitute your consent to such changes. We may, from time to time, change the services and content that we provide. The changes that we make may be either temporary or permanent and may include updating, upgrading, limiting, or suspending some or all of the services and content.

4. Copyrights and Use of Information Limitations. Only one individual may access the GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM at the same time using the same user ID and password. The content available through GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM is the sole property of GLOBALINX CORP. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. If you encounter any problem using our service, please advise us right away. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. Content received through GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM may be displayed, reformatted, and printed for your personal use but is not to be used in any way for commercial use. You agrees not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, circulate or broadcast the content received through GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM to anyone, including within your company or organization, without the express prior written consent of the GLOBALINX CORP. You may not post any content from GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM to newsgroups, mail lists or electronic bulletin boards, without the express prior written approval of the GLOBALINX CORP. To request consent for additional distribution, contact info@globalinx-itc.com. The GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM includes facts, opinions and recommendations of individuals and others. GLOBALINX CORP. and its content licensors do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness of, or otherwise endorse or promote these opinions or recommendations. Any information you use is relied on at your sole risk.

5. Warranties and Liability Disclaimer. Due to the numerous sources from which content in theses programs and service is obtained, and the inherent hazards of electronic distribution, there may be delays, omissions or inaccuracies in such content. GLOBALINX CORP. CANNOT AND DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, NONINFRINDGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE. NEITHER COMPANY NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS OR LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY, CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY IT’S NEGLIGENCE OR CONTENGENCIES BEYOND IT’S CONTROL IN PROCURING, COMPLING, INTERPRETING, REPORTING OR DELIVERING THE SERVICES AND ANY CONTENT THROUGH THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY, ITS AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANYONE ELSE FOR A DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY THE CUSTOMER IN RELIANCE ON SUCH CONTENT OR THE SERVICE. COMPANY, ITS AGENTS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONSEQUENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES) EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You are responsible for all statements made and acts or omissions that occur while your password is being used. You may not use the GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM for any unlawful purpose. GLOBALINX CORP may refuse to grant a user name that impersonates someone else, is protected by trademark or other proprietary right law, or is vulgar, obscene or otherwise offensive, as determined by the GLOBALINX CORP in it's sole discretion. GLOBALINX CORP may discontinue or modify the GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM, or it’s availability to you. If any provisions of this agreement are invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining valid provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

6. Governing Law. This agreement, and Customer’s rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and subject to the laws of Tokyo, Japan.

7. Additional Terms. Brand and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders. This GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM may contain links to web sites controlled by parties other than GLOBALINX CORP. GLOBALINX CORP is not responsible for and does not endorse or accept any responsibility for the contents or use of these third party web sites or any transactions completed through such sites. GLOBALINX CORP. is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by GLOBALINX CORP. of the linked web site, notwithstanding the inclusion on such site of the trademarks of GLOBALINX CORP. or its Third Party Providers. Materials provided by Third Party Providers on GLOBALINX ONLINE FORUM have not been independently reviewed, tested, certified, or authenticated in whole or in part by GLOBALINX CORP.
