The seminars are module in design using a consistent format and layout, this means that the seminars can be combined for intensive training seminars, such as pre-departure training, or new employee training. Communication and Awareness Seminars
These seminars are designed to develop the fundamental communication skills, attitude, and awareness of the participants. These seminars help participants to increase their confidence to communicate in English and develop effective communication skills that will help to work effectively in international and cross-cultural environments. The seminars are usually facilitated in Japanese, with role-plays and meeting simulations conducted in both Japanese and English depending on the participants language ability and learning focus.
Business Communication Skill Seminars 
These seminars are facilitated primarily in English and focus on the fundamental communication skills and techniques necessary for businesspeople working in an international environment. The seminars combine step-by-step interactive lectures, workshops and role-plays to help the participants quickly learn and apply the skills and techniques in realistic and supportive environment. Participants also receive continued support after the seminar to encourage and support them to transfer the skills and techniques learned to their everyday working environment.
Business Management Seminars
These seminars can be facilitated in either Japanese or English. The seminars proved the essential business management skills necessary to work effectively in an international or cross-cultural business environment.
Chinese Business Seminars

Licensing
Our Business Communication Skill Seminars are available under license. These seminars can be taught by in-house instructors as well as training organizations who need professionally developed seminars to complement their training portfolio. PLANNING

We provide complete planning and support for all our seminars. We arrange venues, facilities, equipment, and materials, etc. Providing complete logistical and practical support to minimize the burden for the HRD department. Our clients value our attention to detail that ensures the seminars run smoothly and all the participant's needs are met.
We also take care of many administration activities, from the checking and acknowledging of the pre-assignment work, right through to the final reports. We give detailed care and attention to the administration of all seminars. We provide comprehensive reports concerning the seminar and the progression of each participant during the seminar. CONSULTING SERVICES

A natural extension of our training expertise is its consultancy capability.
