All the programs are designed with an "Open Architecture"
structure, which means that you can freely access the programs
at any point depending on your immediate needs (Ref. Applications).
This allows you the flexibility to use the program as both
a learning program and as a resource to support your daily
business activities. Each program has the same user interface
and structure so that you can easily switch between programs.

Lectures
- The lectures take you through a step-by-step
methodology to help you learn and understand the key points
of each skill. There is a multiple-choice quiz at the end
of each step to help you check your learning. Start by viewing
the Introduction and Overview, and then go through each
lecture step-by-step. |
Library
- The library provides you a useful resource of
key expressions and phrases. Each phrase has an mp3 audio
file and translation. There is also a useful search function
to help you find the key words and expressions you need.
